Scopas Medien AG Clayart, Frankfurt 2007/2009. The Sandmann is a german TV stopmotion character that has been broadcasted for over 60 years. For the 50th anniverary it was time bring the Sandmann onto big screen. On this project I came in early for sculpting and re-designing the Sandmann, the main character.

I was working closely with our character designer Gerlinde Godelmann who is located in Hamburg. The Re-design included giving him a mouth to be able to speak, hair that was exactly reproducable many times and a more modern look over all.
